HOW TO APPLY
April 30 & May 1, 2005
  1. Complete and sign application.
  2. Read and sign both the General Release and the Contract.
  3. Make a $175.check payable to: The Lloyd Harbor Historical Society.
  4. Put your application, signed General Release, Contract and check, along with 3 to 5 slides or pictures representative of your handmade art or craft, into an envelope. (In lieu of slides or pictures, you may give us your website information; PLEASE, NO PICTURES NECESSARY IF YOU ARE A RETURNING EXHIBITOR.)
  5. Mail your envelope to:

    c/o The Lloyd Harbor Historical Society
    41 Lloyd Harbor Road
    Lloyd Neck, New York 11743
  6. You will be notified by mail or telephone of your acceptance.
    We will jury until full. If your application is not accepted or if you are put on a waiting list, we will return to you your check along with your slides or pictures.
