The Lloyd Harbor Historical Society, founded in 1974, is dedicated to
preserving the early history of the area.

The main focus of the Society has been the restoration
of the Henry Lloyd Manor House built in 1711,
the George Weir Barn, and the surrounding gardens and grounds
